I don’t often write drink recipes, but this one was too pretty not to share! This mango iced matcha latte recipe is fruity, and perfect for those who prefer tea over morning coffee. The layering on this drink is so gorgeous, it’s almost a shame to mix it all together!
I decided to use mango for my iced matcha latte, but any other fruit would work (I want to try this with strawberry, or raspberry next.) The amount of honey can be adjusted to your taste, and also feel free to use any ice of your choice! The matcha I use is this one that I’ve had from a while back, but please let me know if you have any favorite brands!
I’ve found that the key to layering iced drinks is to fill the cup with ice, and gently pour over the ice cubes to layer. I foresee many many layered drinks coming up in my future and I’m all here for it!
Psst also, I’ve been working on finding my perfect lighting setup so my work has been looking ALL over the place lately, but I think II’m liking this look! Let me know what you think in the comments and go try out this Mango Iced Matcha Latte Recipe!
